iComp™ is a flexible and easy to use web based application to:

  • Captures the "real-world" business constraints to produce incentive plans that are consistent with your tactical goals. Advanced modeling capability allows iComp to plan for all territories, correctly accounting for multiple offices and physician access limits.
  • Allow users to create business rules, add constraints, and simultaneously view multiple scenarios in a user-friendly manner. These help users experiment with multiple scenarios and select the right one.
  • Easily integrate with tactical planning solutions such as iForce® and reporting frameworks for the home office or the field.
  • Empower users with advanced reporting capabilities with a number of pre-built reports with filtering and drill-down capabilities. All these reports are down-loadable in different formats such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and Adobe Acrobat.

iComp™ consists of several modules geared towards the common steps in incentive management:

  • Plan design and simulation: Based on historic and projected information, iComp™ can quickly let stakeholders assess the impact, cost and other implications of a proposed plan and quickly steer the stakeholder body to a choice of plans that meets the objective of all parties.
