Professional Services Team:

Associate/Sr Associate - Market Research

  • Design and execute web based quantitative studies such as attitude and usage studies, brand awareness and category-tracking studies, concept and product tests, and promotions testing etc. with healthcare professionals
  • Familiarity with the utilization of secondary data sources (e.g., IMS) is an advantage, as the integration of secondary and primary research is often required
  • Analyze primary and secondary data to yield marketing insights; and present results including implications and recommendations for management practice
  • Work with internal colleagues to implement primary research projects
  • Handle confidential matters with discretion and professionalism

Project Managers - Market Research

  • Design and execute web based quantitative market research studies. Familiarity with the utilization of secondary data sources (e.g., IMS) is an advantage, as the integration of secondary and primary research is often required
  • Analyze primary and secondary data to yield marketing insights; and present results including implications and recommendations for management practice
  • Manage project teams working on delivery of different projects
  • Handle confidential matters with discretion, maturity and professionalism

Associate/Sr Associate - Sales Force Effectiveness

  • Design and execute strategic analysis projects. This consists of complex quantitative studies related to sales, market share of a drug - its association with detailing / promotions spend and sales force allocation (and its structure) as well as short term and long term plans. In depth knowledge of statistics (time series, liner/exponential, logistics et al) and Operations Research is essential
  • Work on the project lead with interim deliverables / milestones of the project: Problem formulation; Data mining; Primary analysis; scenario building and simulations for optimal ROIs; and final recommendation
  • Familiarity with the utilization of secondary data sources (e.g., IMS) is an advantage, as the integration of secondary and primary research is often required. Need to learn marketRx proprietary models and products that help deliver the solution
  • Handle confidential matters with discretion and professionalism

Project Managers - Sales Force Effectiveness

  • Be able to handle all activities of (Sr) Associate
  • Excellent communication and conceptualization skills are required
  • Need to be a guide / coach to the team(s). Would also create and monitor project plan. Ensure deliverables on time and within planned costs

Information Technology Team:

Business Analyst/Product Manager

  • Work independently and assist in setting overall direction with more senior project members.
  • Responsible for analyzing business requirements, defining and managing multiple projects for the organization from start to finish, and acting as a consultant on the support process
  • Possess good troubleshooting and support skills, effective presentation and written communication skills. Should demonstrate depth in analyzing business need and translating to project direction

Business Analyst/Product Manager (Market Research)

  • Setting future directions for product development. Defining and implementing strategies to improve market research efficiency
  • Define product road map
  • Write use cases and functional requirements
  • Assist product development team in understanding functional requirements
  • Work closely with product development team for screen and data base design
  • Act as a product specialist for answering any queries raised by product team/cross functional teams
  • Track project development and prepare required reporting metrics
  • Have the appropriate expertise and understanding to work with minimal guidance to complete assigned tasks

IT Analyst/Senior Analyst/PL (Product Development)

  • Responsible for product and solution architecture, design, development, testing and ensuring requirements compliance as per the product roadmap
  • Understanding of Software engineering methodologies and techniques for all stages of SDLC is necessary

Manager Testing/QC

  • QA Process definition, planning and execution
  • Project - resource and infrastructure planning
  • Automation of test processes
  • Experience in managing and execution of testing projects
  • Good knowledge of testing methodology and industry best practices
  • Proficient with testing tools like Load Runner, Win Runner from Mercury Interactive and/or Rational Test Suite from Rational
