Senior Associate - Sales Force Effectiveness
Location: Bridgewater, New Jersey
Reports to: Project Leader/Associate Director
General Responsibilities: (included but not limited to)
- Manage day to day relationship with sales planning and analysis (SP&A) group at the client’s place to facilitate a positive and productive long-term relationship. Assist the other team members to establish and maintain positive relationships with clients and serve as their day-to-day contact.
- Ensure, through review and verification, that all sales operations and performance dashboard deliverables meet the customer's needs.
- Research, analyzes and responds to client inquiries that are routine (and usually data related) in nature.
- Manage resource utilization and client expectations for various projects and requests.
- Maintain effective communications with various stakeholders – Client’s SP&A group, senior management and clients, marketRx US and India team, marketRx client teams, and marketRx senior management.
- Design, execute and deliver key initiatives to improve process, add innovation and value to the marketRx-client partnership.
Requirements:
- Ability to work enthusiastically with stakeholders across all departments and levels within the organization to drive initiatives and results is critical.
- Ability to logically analyze business problems and apply scientific/quantitative methods to solve them.
- Possess a consultative approach with regard to identifying client issues and delivering the solutions.
- Ability to exercise strong business judgment to effectively resolve conflict.
Experience & Education:
- MBA with prior project management and coordination experience.
- Strong application skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Project Management)
- Understanding of pharmaceutical industry data and analysis
